Beautiful sunny Sunday for spring skiing - the groomers have done a grand job of fighting Mother Nature’s riding temps. Whole mountain to ourselves and it was a day to remember! They’re open one more week - make the trip up!

Great spring conditions today, with soft snow throughout the mountain. No ice to be found on any trails, though the Front 5 were the firmest trails on the mountain. The glades were ok, with the coverage still being good but the snow being a bit sticky in the lower elevations. Most of the mountain was still open despite the warmer temperatures. It was a stellar day out there, get there before the cold comes back in this weekend!

Super friendly, well groomed, great family feel - will be back! There was ice, but suspect everyone has that given the crazy warm/cold temps this week

I spent 2 days at Jiminy Peak with my 2 kids for Winter break. We normally ski in NH, but COVID, kept us closer to home in Rhode Island. The mountain was in good shape and had almost all the terrain open. The mountain operations are overly rigorous in their approach to running the mountain. Most little side trails through trees were roped off. Very few bumps were to be found and the terrain parks were subpar. I didn’t understand why there was so much trash under the lifts. It was very disappointing.

Normal north east conditions. Icy between corn. The 1-3 coming this weekend will help. No wind short lines, blue sky...great overall.

Perfect weekday for some skiing. Conditions were above average. There was a light coating of fresh snow. Little bit of ice, but stuck to the sides where it wasn't an issue. Snow guns were on, and no waiting at the lifts.

To the “Karen” who was so upset by the legal enjoyment of marijuana ... Vermont did do something; They legalized it! (s75 2020.... google it). Perhaps you should stay home. Oh and the snow was beautiful today. Always a great day at mt snow. Glades were great! Get out there and be kind everyone ✌

Skied 2/10. Good snow and most trails groomed to packed powder after 3" overnight. 0-5 min lift lines and staff enforcing masks/distancing.

Another stellar day out there, with another inch of snow falling from squalls throughout the day. Almost everything is open and wind was minimal, meaning the whole mountain was available to explore. Mittersill still has tons of untracked powder to play in. Groomers on the main mountain were great the whole day, with minimal ice even on trails that usually get scraped off. With more snow coming soon, now is the time to get here.

Ripper NOT OPEN as advertised. Neither is catapault despite PLENTY OF SNOW. All I can say is LAZY. Long lift lines as well. Good 10-15 minute wait. Catapault has PLENTY of natural and man made snow to open. Really Catamount? Know it’s been a tough year, but it’s February and EVERYONE else has it figured out.

Powder day today! About 8-10" of fluff across the mountain with tons of glades opening up throughout the day. The Front 5 area retained powder the best and I would go there to hit any remaining powder stashes later in the week. Mittersill was also left with a lot of powder to be found on both trails and glades. Wind was not bad either, so I doubt much of the snow will be wind blown. The exception was the summit, especially on the skiers left side getting off the chair. Wind blew most snow off there, but the two summit glades definitely had the goods. Glad to see more snow on the way this weekend!

Magnificent day. A bit chilly. Great snow Although.... The summit smelled like pot all day. And much of the north face. Really irritating that you degenerates have no respect for others. Just stay in mommy’s basement. 1 or 2 ungroomed trails had some hard spots but lots of snow all over the mountain .Lots of bumps. All the glades open. Quite nice in the trees. Really crowded but having 2 summit lifts really makes mt snow stand out. Love this mountain. Vermont really needs to do something about the rampant drug use at the ski resorts. It is not unique to Mt Snow.

Great conditions and few crowds. Not a lick of ice anywhere on the mountain. Glades are rather scratchy but definitely skiable. Gotta love The Beast during midweek...what a joy.

The recent snow helped them out and got some more terrain open. Pretty long line for the summit triple in the morning, but it cleared out after lunch. Bear Peak was very nice, with the trails that were open having packed powder on top and hard pack underneath the fresh snow. Blasting snow on a few runs throughout the day too. Overall worth a stop if you have a pass, otherwise wait until later in the season for more to open up!

Could not ask for a better first day of the season. It pretty much snowed for two days straight and there was fresh snow to be found everywhere all day long. This little mountain packs a big punch and has some of the best terrain in southern New England. Unless you disdain slow double chairs, why spend $144 for a lift ticket at Stratton when you can ski Magic for $74

Packed powder for most of the mountain with some ice patches on the more trafficked trails. Some small powder stashes can be found throughout the mountain though, with lots of snowmaking whales. Front 5 were especially icy, but still skiable. Definitely looks like they will be getting more open soon with the mount of snowmaking going on. Overall the typical mid January day out on the mountain!

Snowboarded Dec 28-30 - like other review said Christmas rain really hurt the mountain but overall still good groomed runs. And short/ no lift lines if u skipped the gondola. Now need to hope for some snow storms to fill in the rest of the mountain and the woods.

First time here. Lots of untracked powder and stashes to be found. Love this place and the vibe. Great steeps for a small hill. No long run out. Slow chairlifts to let your legs recoup. Can’t wait to come back.

The recent storm really helped them out! The whole Front 5 area is open and well covered with some huge whalebacks to play on. The upper mountain is mostly open, with trails mostly packed powder there. Mid to lower mountain got icy as the day went on, especially on Bypass and Extension. There were still some powder pockets to be found, especially along the Front 5! Overall great early season conditions

Upper mountain is pretty decent considering the time of year. Lower mountain has a few dirt spots showing through but most can be avoided. Glad I waited to break out the new skis but still had a great day.
