Sun Peaks - Windy conditions resulted in strewn tree debris on some runs. Not too much of a problem, but ski with care. Hard packed snow. Colder than last week with gusty winds.

Sun Peaks - Variety of snow conditions but mainly hard packed with machine grooming. The gladed runs offer the most powder opportunities.

Sun Peaks - Three Bears was named after 3 bears walked out of the woods while the run was cut. These cuties can be found scattered throughout the run and occasionally get replaced after the birds discover their stuffing makes great nesting material. Happy Bear Hunting.

Sun Peaks - Dec. 4: More dirt patches at the bottom of runs but there still good skiing in places. Cariboo was perfect top to bottom. Morrissey’s blues are the best. Take care if you take an Orient run to get to Morrissey - Orient has the least snow cover on the resort.

Sun Peaks - Dec. 1 - Perfect weather. Hard packed. Crystal Bowl still powdery in some places. Best runs were Spillway, Sting, Cariboo, Showboat, I Dunno.

Sun Peaks - Great day, 20+ cm since yesterday, and flurries all day on Mt Todd. Morrisey was good in the Am with sunny spells and some untracked powder.

Sun Peaks - Well, the 2018/2019 season is off to a beautiful start! Main lifts are running on most of the mountain, with only a few remaining on standby. The summer grooming crew do a fantastic job every year to ensure main runs need minimal snow base to be fully operational. Snow makers are running to maintain well-traveled runs. As you near the top of the mountain, you are greeted with sunshine and soft, gentle packed or groomed runs. Tree groves are soft and full of un-touched powder. Portions of runs are machine groomed and can be icy at times, but with snow in the forecast, it's shaping up to be an absolutely fantastic season!
