Friday morning freshies after Thursday snowfall. Trees were frosty, snow was floaty & untouched in areas. By noon it started to snow, light & fluffy keeping the runs fresh.

Great first day at Sun Peaks! Warm, not windy and not crowded at all. Very good snow conditions. We skied groomers off of the Sundance, Sunburst, and Morrisey chairs. Conditions are good mid mountain to top. Good cover on all runs. Packed on the more popular runs and icy to slushy in the afternoon on the lower mountain. Still lots of fun and snow in the forecast for the coming days.

Wonderful sunny and warm day at Sun Peaks. Fresh snow and so many runs that there is something for everyone!
