Fernie Alpine Resort is located three miles from the town of Fernie, about 40 miles from Alberta, in the southeastern British Columbia Canadian Rockies. Fernie must be amazing when the snow is good - so much fantastic terrain. Overall a good non-pretentious atmosphere and a great town nearby with good activities (not just restricted to the Apres scene, lots of art, a museum and library and a fantastic local pool) and a welcoming feel. Suggestions…
