I’m a beginner to intermediate skier having only skied in large CO resorts...I wish I knew about this place earlier! First of all, it’s more than half the price of large resorts(a fraction of the size too though) but it has everything! All levels of runs are available, great home style food and a large, cool lodge with huge fireplace and good bar. There’s no ski school but the ski patrol joined the first-timers in our group and offered pointers for as long as needed! We were often thanked for bringing people out to learn to ski. It felt like an old-fashioned day out on the slopes. Even our advanced skier had a great time with the various runs. Another advantage is all levels of skiers can be together bc there are only 2 lifts so it’s easy to meet up often! That’s impossible at the huge resorts. We had so much fun we plan to make it an annual New Year trip!
