Snow Reporter Comments: 1/19 2:19 PM - With over a foot of fresh snow in the past week and more than 90% of the mountain open, this MLK weekend was one to remember! Get ready for some Tuesday turns down 88 trails, 62 of which are scheduled for some quality time with the groomers overnight. For your way up, 9 lifts are set to spin at 9AM with the possibility of delays due to high winds. Remember to pack that extra layer and keep your face covered tomorrow with temperatures ranging from 10-14 degrees at the base and 2-6 degrees up top. Temperatures are forecasted to remain cold for the foreseeable future, allowing snowmaking to continue all week long. Our Operations team has been, and will continue working around the clock with projects such as a border cross on Big Ben as well as a mogul course on World Cup. Additionally, resurfacing operations and expansion into Sun Bowl are in the works, and let’s just say we are already stoked for what's to come for the weekend!The park scene is looking lively with a freshly cut 13-foot Halfpipe open and firing on East Byrnes Side with 6 features ready to ride. Tyrolinne will be temporarily closed tomorrow through Thursday for a park rebuild with a tentative reopening for Friday.
