Snow Reporter Comments: If you’ve been looking forward to skiing in shorts or a t-shirt, today is your day! The sun will be in command, delivering temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s. Recent warm weather has left the trails soft and silky. Arrive early to enjoy some overnight crisping. Keep an eye out for emerging hazards, especially at breakovers. Summit Express will close at 1:30 p.m. today to conduct mitigation work on Cathedral Ridge. Milk Run, Eagle, and Navarone gates are now closed for the season. The upper west face of Honeycomb is open but may close early due to warming. Spring hours are now in effect — Link, Moonbeam Express, Apex Express, and our two terrain parks are open until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The IFSA Intermountain Regional Championship takes place at Solitude today through Sunday. Watch top regional athletes send their way down Powderhorn terrain. View the action from the bottom of Abba’s Alley. Slather on the SPF and have a fun Friday at Solitude!
