Snow Reporter Comments: Good Morning Skiers and Riders! This is Laurie with your 5 am snow report for Sunday, April 20th. Remember the easiest way to get up to date information is on the Steamboat app or website.   Our Mid mountain base is 42 inches, the temperature is 24 degrees, the winds are 10 miles per hour from the W, with clear skies. The Summit base is 94 inches, the temperature is 17 degrees, the winds are 18 miles per hour from the W, with clear skies. The base temperature is 29 degrees.  We will be skiing and riding on 10 lifts,134 runs, and 2277 acres on PP/SP snow.  It’s closing day in the ‘boat! Come celebrate another awesome ski season with a dual race and a DJ spinning all afternoon. Don’t miss it. No crowds. Nice packed powder from mid-mountain up. Stay off the lower-mountain until after lunch and it softens. Great time to come, closes April 20.
