5 months agoGreat snow today! The team had groomed everything quite nicely and though it was a little crowded in the main runs, it was pretty empty in the far west. A few icy spots but nothing crazy.

49 Degrees North, a hidden giant of the Northwest, boasts more than 2,300 acres of lift-accessed terrain with 3 basins, 2 peaks, 7 lifts, 90 marked trails, 1,871' of vertical, and multiple terrain parks. It receives an average annual snowfall of over 300", plus features snowmaking. It also happens to be the home of the longest high-speed lift in Washington State. The 1.25-mile ride from base area to summit takes just 7 minutes. Cross-country skiers can get in on the action at the Nordic Center, with more than 13 kilometers (8 miles) of trails, which are also available to explore on snowshoes or fat tire bikes.
