Snow Reporter Comments: Updated on: 17/7/2026 7:44 AM Good morning, everyone! It's a clear and calm morning here, with temperatures sitting at +2°C at the base and 0°C at the Giant. The Giant Chair is open today! You'll find packed powder on the groomed trails, while off-trail areas are icy this morning. As temperatures rise, conditions should soften nicely throughout the day. The Giant Café is closed today and will open tomorrow. A light cloud bank is sitting below the mountain, making for some fantastic views from up here. Sightseeing will open at 10am. It's looking like the sunshine will stick around through the weekend. HQ will be open until 9:00 pm tonight, and all lessons, passes, and packages are available to purchase online. See you up here!
