5 months agoThursday 3.5.26. First time at Lookout in a while. Bad fog but best snow I’ve skied in this season. 3” fresh last night. No lines and fresh powder all day. Quite a bit of the mountain was spared from the Dec windstorm and found some great tree skiing. Other areas have suffered extensive damage but downed trees have been removed from the runs. Overall great experience. Great employees. Even the remote pit toilets are sparkly clean.

Lookout Pass, located on the Idaho/Montana border off Exit 0 on I-90, is home of some of the best snow, easiest access and most-affordable prices in the region. You'll find four lifts serving 34 named runs and acres of great tree skiing. But what skiers and riders love most about Lookout is an average of more than 400 inches of light, dry powder snow annually.
