Mountain News Corporation and our OnTheSnow and Skiinfo websites will be shutting down. We will explore the possibility of selling, partnering, or contributing assets to another media outlet if there is an opportunity to allow for a consistent or enhanced online experience. I was there yesterday. All the trails through the trees are basically rocks. However, the snow all around was okay. It was mostly like a sleety snow but Elbert

I was there yesterday when the temp was in the 50s. the snow help up pretty well in most spots but there were some pretty big puddles that turned into icey spots when the sun went down. overall it was great - I'd be curious to hear how it is during the week though - they lost a LOT of snow yesterday.
