Killington Resort, located in central Vermont, is the largest ski area in the eastern United States, offering 1,526 acres of skiable terrain. Known for its long season and reliable snowmaking, Killington receives an average of 176 inches of natural snowfall annually and maintains excellent coverage across its six mountain areas. With 155 trails and 22 lifts—including gondolas, high-speed sixes, and surface lifts—the resort provides access to a wide variety of terrain from base elevation at 1,165 ft to its summit at 4,241 ft.
The trail breakdown includes 28% beginner, 33% intermediate, 24% advanced, and 15% expert runs, making Killington ideal for mixed-ability groups.
