Thank you On The Snow, for posting the actual base depth at this resort. management here has a real problem with the truth. their base depth report is over 100 in!! according to their own website

Well.. were sitting in the car while it’s snowing freshies! Eight” in 24hrs &they can’t even keep up. Entire mountain is shut down over 12mph winds! Check the whether.

snow was good and it was snowing, but China Peak can never handle a snow day. only 2 chairs open and chair 7 kept stopping. i miss Sierra Summitt so much. I only go up on snowing days and China Peak has failed every time I go up.

Skiing has been amazing. Lots of snow and great condition. Monday was one of the best days of skiing ever 2 ft of fresh POW light and fluffy. Was able to ski the whole mountain!!!!
