Steep, long all mountain terrain.
Not many cons to mention if it's a good season

Full review

Mt.Baldy has the best all mountain and steep skiing in Southern Ca. Hands down Baldy provides the best open glade, bowl, and tree skiing, most of which is steep which tends to hold the snow better than other resorts here. (Especially on north facing exposures). Mostly natural snow, which can be excellent during powder days, turning to perfect pealing Ca corn snow in the Springtime, as the freeze thaw cycle starts in March and April sometimes lasting into June. Fantastic steeps can be found in and around chair 3, 4, and especially down to the parking lot off chair 1. Some of the best steeps I've ever had are there. "Nightmare", "psych out", and "psych out chutes" are well deserved double black diamonds!! SKI BALDY!!
