Great snow, great weather, terrible staff! It took 10 -20 minutes per person to get a ticket outside, it looked like the same wait inside, one person working the outside windows, two inside. None of the staff knew what was open and what was closed. They have so called mountain ambassadors standing around talking to their friends. Today it was a joke! Waste of money and time.
