Parking is located 1–4 km below the village, with ride-share and shuttle services available to transport guests to their accommodations. For those flying, the nearest airport is in Albury (3 hours), with coach transfers available from Mansfield and Mirimbah.

Once at the resort, a free intra-village shuttle operates daily, connecting key areas like Slalom Plaza, the Village Square, and Bourke Street Express.
