Total disregard for their customer

Pre purchased tickets and was turned away (2/29/21) at 10am - yes - 10am they were at capacity. I was never alerted to get there early. I rented skis, drove from Phx and stayed 2 nights in a hotel - and never got on the mountain. Customer service took 5 days to respond and then just made excuses. An apology costs nothing.....which is probably what they spend in resort management training. Infuriating. DD
