Fantastic mountain. Hopefully not too many people read this so it stays less crowded. A lot of people from the south sound area think it’s too far away but it really isn’t. And Packwood is a fun little town.... Full Review

I enjoy white pass. It's a ski area not a ski resort much like other areas around. It's got that family atmosphere about it. Not over crowded and great terrain to ski.... Full Review

White Pass is a great mix of a lot of important things. Great trails, not crowded, relatively cheap, some of the best scenary in the world but it seriously needs more helmet rentals. That's my only complaint. Get more helmets please! ... Full Review

Short lift lines is what brings me back. Tree/glade skiing is better then average. Great family mt. Decent backcountry bowls but not huge. A quick walk from parking lots to main chair is nice. Food is not 5-star but decent if you don't mind bar food. Staff is friendly. Place is a ghost town midweek even when dumping powder. There are some flat spots on the cat-tracks that you have to be mindful of. Nothing a little wax and gunning it can't remedy. Less then a dozen black diamond runs. Mostly blues. Less then $70 a day and only $60 if you reload your pass card.... Full Review

I began skiing at White Pass on my third birthday in 1954. All that was there were three rope toes as I remember. Thawed a pomalift and finally a chairlift. I still try and get back there as often as I can just ski the memories. Still love Cascade and the view of Mount Rainier from the top. Lots of nostalgia for me. ... Full Review
