As far as the skiing experience, the professionalism of the resort/staff was excellent. As far as the resort being family friendly, not so. As soon as I walked into the lower area of the resort with my twelve year old grandson I smelt marijuana smoke. I went upstairs and told a cashier in the deli who said she would let her supervisor know. I went back downstairs to put on my ski attire which took about 15 minutes, during this time no one from management came down to check on my complaint/concern. I went back upstairs to go out to ski and as soon as I walked out of the main door I smelt cigarette smoke and observed a women standing within 3 feet of the door smoking. Not cool. I realize that you cannot police the facilities every moment but please be vigilant about addressing complaints and stopping people from smoking right outside your door.
