I really like this resort. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The tickets are super affordable and the runs are fun. I definitely recommend trying it out!... Full Review

Great for season warm up, large groups, beginners, families. Day pass last all day and night. Half day includes night. What a deal.... Full Review
I dont know whether it was the awfully built terrain park, the vertical of maybe 200 feet, or maybe it was the fact that it looked like the lift operators were hired off the street, whatever it was this hill was the worst ive ever snowboarded. Previously being at Snowbird, Snowbasin, and Brighton, I dont know what I was thinking coming to this dump. I wasnt expecting steep vertical or anything but at least get a couple good jibs. Their C-box looked like it was about to fall over and the kink was probably out of a dumpster. Being from NJ my home mountains are creek and boulder but even they were better than this Utah hill. If you want to blow 30+ dollars just head right on over to this bad mark on Utah. Utah has the best snow on earth except for this one mountain.... Full Review
Brought the family to Utah for a ski vacation. My 4 year old ( 1 month from being 5) took a 2 hour ski lesson and was skiing the rest of the day and night + rest of the trip with my wife, while I snowboarded intermitently with them and on my own here and at powder + snowbasin. The lessons and his reponse to skiing blew my expectations out of the water (or should I say snow). He is ready to go again and we just got back. Only complaints were long rental line for him and my wife-(it was New years Eve) and no daycare for my 2 year old daughter. Also the lodge is small, but not an issue if you are not concerned with that (if so go to snowbasin --they also have child care). All in all Wolf Mountain is perfect for a young family's first day or so while taking lessons and getting the feel of things, since it so cheap and not too spread out. You can keep track of one another easily. Very few, but exhillirating short black and blue runs for me to warm up on while my son was taking lessons, but great for the first day and for the price. snow conditions are great (still Utah). If they get child care this place would be the perfect family mountain.... Full Review

We enjoyed two nights of skiing at Wolf with family while in for the Christmas Holiday. It's convenient and close to Ogden and the price is right. We skiid both times for $60 covering all 6 of us! The conditions were maintained well, even though the terrain is limited. It's a great outing for beginner and intermediates looking to enjoy 5-6 hours of skiing with a group and the price cannot be beat!... Full Review
Wolf Creek is usually my 1st stop during my annual ski week.
On arrival day, I cannot get on the slopes until the afternoon.
Add to this the fact that I just need to knock off the rust, and
Wolf Creek is the ideal spot. I can get a cheap lift ticket and ski
until 9pm.
Good:
-Cheap lift tickets
-Short lift lines
-Convenient and easy to get there.
-Family friendly. Lots of bargains on week nights.
Bad:
-Upper hill is not well lit. Easy to lose your depth perception
at night.
-Lower elevation than nearby resorts, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain,
makes for lower quality snow.
-Inadequate grooming
-Food is pretty mediocre and selection is limited.
-Zero night life anywhere around the resort.... Full Review
