Snow Reporter Comments: The most beautiful winter days, bathed in sunshine, are often those when the mercury is a little lower… and today is no exception! While we won't be breaking any cold records, the day is still expected to be chilly, but bright sunshine will be there to kick off February in the best possible way and accompany us throughout the day. Remember to protect your face by limiting the amount of skin exposed, and don't hesitate to come in and warm up with a delicious hot chocolate when you feel the need. La Chaumine is open from 9am to 4pm for a comforting and well-deserved break. Please note that XL Park and slope 2 – Les Pionniers will remain closed until February 8th due to an upcoming NORAM competition. At Quatre-Foyers, the atmosphere will be festive with singer-songwriters Amanda Boucher at 1pm, Denis Viel at 3pm, and Stéphane Langelier at 5pm, perfect for livening up your après-ski. We wish you all a magnificent day on the slopes, filled with sunshine, fun, and great runs!

Stoneham could be considered a city ski resort. It's located less than 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City, but has some ski vacation appeal as well, with impressive vertical and plenty of variety. Stoneham is 2.5 hours from Montreal. The resort has 1,380 feet of vertical, 39 runs, a snowpark, a halfpipe and a total of seven lifts, including three quads and a double chairlift. The skiing takes place on several mountain faces, all of which are identified by a number. The trails are numbered, too. Stoneham Mountain offers 16 trails at night, the largest network for night skiing in Canada. Guests can enjoy the ski-in/ski-out luxury experience of the Hotel Stoneham.
