Big White Ski Resort, located in southern British Columbia, is the 2012 OnTheSnow Visitors' Choice Award winner for Best Park & Pipe in the Pacific Northwest. Big White's Telus Terrain Park features a half pipe, skier/boarder cross course and a park that caters to beginner through advanced freestylers. PARK & PIPE EVENTS FOR 2012/2013: The TELUS Terrain Park at Big White is sponsoring a TELUS Park Rail Jam Dec. 29, 2012, as well as Jan. 12, Feb. 2, and Mar. 23, 2013. In addition, they will be holding their 16th Annual Neil Edgeworth Memorial Banked Slalom event from Apr. 5-7, 2013.

LEARNING/PROGRESSION PARKS: The TELUS Terrain Park caters to park and pipe skiers and riders of all ages and ability levels. Their Small & Medium Terrain Park Lane has features smaller features such as progressive ride-on to jump-on take offs as well as mellow inclines.

ADVANCED TO EXPERT PARKS & PIPES: There are two lanes set aside in the TELUS Terrain Park geared toward advanced to expert park riders. The Medium & Large Terrain Park Lane has new rail and tube features as well as safer jump transitions for learning new tricks and re-learning old tricks. The Large & Extra Large Lane has video style street rails and features built by their sponsors. The TELUS Standard Halfpipe is also available for advanced riders.
