Looking for discounted tickets to get on SoCal slopes to ski or snowboard? Single day tickets can be purchased online at discounts that run up to 50 percent for [R261R, Mountain High Resort] and [R267R, Mt. Baldy Resort] through a joint ticket sales website, SkiForFree.com.

Lift tickets for Mountain High are available on SkiForFree.com at 15-50 percent off for adults. Eight-hour tickets for skiing Mondays through Thursdays can be purchased for $27.50 instead of $55. Night tickets for Wednesdays through Fridays cost $24.90 instead of $30.

Discounted peak weekend tickets for Mountain High are available, too. They run $49 instead of $65 for days or $29.75 instead of $35 for nights. Peak weekend tickets are discounted until March 20; however, discounted tickets are not available over President's Day Weekend, Feb. 19-21.

Mt. Baldy Resort tickets run $7-32 less than ticket window rates. The discounted tickets are sold online for four age groups--adults, young adults, children, and seniors. Holiday and peak tickets can be purchased at a discount through March 13 while discounts for Monday through Friday tickets are available through the end of the season.

Friday Deals throw in an extra benefit-a $10 gift card for Wahoo's. Purchasing a Friday adult lift ticket to either resort will garner the gift certificate in addition to the ticket. The Friday lift ticket for Mountain High runs 35 percent off and for Mt. Baldy costs $27-32 less than the ticket window rates.

The discounted tickets sold online are non-refundable unless snow and weather conditions force early seasonal closure of the resorts. Those dissatisfied with conditions at the resorts can turn in their tickets to the ticket office within one hour to receive a voucher good for any other day during this season. A $1 service fee is tacked on to the bill for all online lift ticket purchases.
