The ski resorts in the N'PY-Nouvelles Pyrénées network have launched a new "satisfied or your money back" offer for their ski passes.

If you head out for a day on the slopes and decide to stop skiing before 10 a.m., the station will reimburse your day pass.

If the weather turns out to be worse than predicted, you have a family emergency, or the snow just doesn't suit you that day, N'PY will credit your Télé N'Pass No Souci card with a day's worth of skiing. The card costs €24 and acts as a ski credit card. You ski, the card records your use, and at the end of the month, the total amount is debited from your bank account.

Cardholders who wish to have their ski day reimbursed must log onto and fill out the reimbursement form directly on the Web site before 10 a.m. The system then credits your card with an extra day's ski pass.

The N'PY Nouvelles Pyrénées network encompasses seven ski resorts: La Pierre Saint Martin, [R1972R, Cauterets], Lus-Ardiden, [R2250R, Piau], Grand Tourmalet, [R1721R, Peyragaudes], and Gourette. This is the first year that Cauterets belongs to the N'PY network.
