Home to the largest ski resort in Switzerland, and widely considered the birthplace of competitive freeriding, Verbier is without question one of the world’s top ski destinations. This is skiing the Alps at its best. And there’s never been a better time to visit, thanks to Verbier 4 Vallée’s partnership with the Epic Pass, making it easy and affordable for skiers and riders to experience one of the world’s most renowned ski destinations. Let us show you how to use your Epic Pass in Verbier to have a truly epic Swiss ski trip.
Verbier, One of the Alps’ Most Epic Ski Destinations
Verbier has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a small alpine village. What began with a single cable car in the 1950s has grown into a sprawling ski destination of six connected ski areas, 70 lifts, and 410 kilometers (254 miles) of skiing. Verbier sits at the heart of the legendary 4 Vallées, renowned for its high-energy atmosphere, world-class freeride zones, and expansive terrain catering to skiers of all abilities. Its high-elevation terrain, starting at 1,250 meters (4,101 feet) and topping out at 3,330 meters (10,925 feet) at the breathtaking Mont-Fort, makes Verbier 4 Vallées one of the highest ski resorts in Europe. Factor in the long ski season, from November until the end of April, and the stunning landscapes, surrounded by iconic peaks like the Freeride World Tour final face of Bec des Rosses, Grand Combin, and Mont-Fort, and it’s no wonder why Verbier often tops rankings of the best ski resorts in the world.

Using Your Epic Pass at Verbier 4 Vallées
A Swiss Alps ski trip to Verbier may seem like a splurge, but not for Epic Pass holders. Because of a Vail Resorts partnership with Verbier 4 Vallées, Epic Pass holders can enjoy five consecutive days of unrestricted access to Verbier 4 Vallées and each of the connected ski areas. Epic Pass & Epic Adaptive Pass holders can also enjoy five unrestricted days, while the Epic Local Pass comes with some date restrictions. Pass holders just have to show up with their physical Epic Pass card, or mobile pass, and a valid photo ID to redeem the benefit. Compared to a typical destination ski trip out West, where single walk-up lift tickets are increasingly more expensive, five days of skiing on your Epic Pass at one of the best ski resorts in the world is a great deal. The only thing left to decide is when to plan your trip for.
