Snow Reporter Comments: Updated Feb. 18 at 6:30am: The snow totals today look like a dream (46 inches in the past 24 hours), but this might just be the perfect storm to deliver unbelievable snow totals - very cold, lots of moisture in the atmosphere, and of course all of our prayers! That much snow is waiting on the slopes today, which means there will likely be significant delays in getting lifts and terrain open. Please be patient as our staff will be working incredibly hard to get everything open as soon as possible. ---WEATHER: The storm is supposed to taper off a bit today, then pick back up on Thursday. We expect scattered showers with gusty winds, so come dressed for anything. ---TERRAIN PARKS: Will remain closed throughout the storm cycle until our Park Crew can dig out and regroom everything. --- DEEP SNOW SAFETY and OBSTACLES: Use caution and ski/ride within your abilities as natural obstacles may exist, especially in off-piste areas. Practice deep snow safety techniques: ski/ride with a buddy, stay away from trees and potential tree wells, and be aware of the resort boundaries. --- EVENTS: Registration is open for Sunday Silver Stars multi-week lessons, Lila Lapanja Olympic Slalom Watch Party (Feb. 18), Season Pass Holder Early Ups + Breakfast (Feb 21), Luggi Foeger Uphill/Downhill (March 28) and more!
