Snow Reporter Comments: Afternoon Report, 2:50 PM Great afternoon, Sugarloafers.Wow, hope you brought a spare pair because today probably knocked your socks off.Skip the coffee and get that Nitro brew first thing in the morning. Nothing jump starts the system quite like peering over the top of that 45° pitch. And today, it was groomed to perfection.Ski Patrol opened Powder Keg from the top, which was a wild ride.Groomers will be out in full force tonight, hitting all our favorite trails.Tomorrow's lift schedule includes West Mountain and Snubber at 8:00 AM, SuperQuad, DRC-B, Sawduster, Skyline, Bucksaw Express, King Pine, Skidway, and Whiffletree at 8:30 AM, and Moosecalator and Timberline at 9:00 AM.Our parks crew will be dialing in The Yard for the Newschoolers event this weekend, so part of that trail may be closed tomorrow.Narrow Gauge will be open to the public again tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after.Expect highs around 23°F up top and 33°F down low under increasing clouds. Snow moves in tomorrow night, currently looking like 1 to 3 inches starting around 6 to 8 PM.Dog owners, please remember that they should be under leash control at all times. And please, for the love of white snow, pick up after them. Your fellow skiers thank you in advance for not discovering surprises at speed.Climb for Community is tonight, and there's still time to register.
