Came up Thursday March 14, wind bad on top but not down the hill. Friday was a bluebird day, snow was a little hard but fun. Saturday brought rain and dense fog. Hoping for a better Sunday. Still great for March.

Was on the fence about going yesterday, but SO worth the effort as I am guessing the Shoe got the after effects of the last Noreaster. AT least 8 inches of snowfall. Only disappointment is they were blowing the entire length of Cupp. I understand wanting to lay base to stay open but really ruined the run and forecast is for cold temps for the next week.

Some hardpack on lower cat tracks. Otherwise soft for the east coast. Last 5” was dry and fluffy. Great day at the shoe.

Epic conditions for an east coast January day yesterday. Sun peeked out after fresh snow and they're doing a great job with snowmaking, grooming and moving snow to the right places. Hard packed, machine groomed, and packed powder. Can only hope the season continues this way.
