We rode blue mtn yesterday. The conditions were perfect. There has been almost no natural snow but coverage is superb. It was sunny in the morning which softened things up. Then it clouded over so it didn’t get too soft.

Up early on the 19th to catch the little 3” that fell the day before. Nice early morning runs on Paradise and Dreamweaver. Same with Lazy mile. Lines OK, the. Broke for early lunch and sun came out and glazed the hills. With the holiday weekend still in swing many more people on the slopes in the afternoon. Remained cold throughout the day, so runs became overcrowded and icy. Called it quits around 2:30pm as hill becoming too dangerous for our skill level. Ice and crowds did us in, but beautiful morning. Will come again.

Solid skiing conditions today considering there is no natural snow. No lift lines. Pricey at $70/pp with no Jr discount given that not all runs are open.
