It’s becoming more and more like a money grubbing Gestapo state. Completely empty lodge during the week and you have to lug your bag to another lodge and down the stairs to a locker area. For older people and those with younger kids this is a major inconvenience. Instead of moving forward with the logistics and customer satisfaction they are making it more and more difficult to enjoy your ski experience despite the increase in ticket prices... Full Review

If I could, I would give Jiminy zero stars. My son was skiing there today and went in to eat a quick snack. When he came out his skis were stolen. He went to talk to security and they had him fill out a missing/lost ski report. I called Jiminy and asked if they had cameras to which they said yes and no they don't really work. Turns out when I called the local police department the person who answered the phone told me the same thing happened to her last year. She advised I call the State Police. After talking with them they said it happens a lot at Jiminy. He wasn't surprised. I would highly recommend you don't ski here. There's a good chance you'll have your stuff stolen. I've been skiing over 30 years all around the Northeast and never had anything stolen. So disappointed in Jiminy, don't ski here. Ski gear isn't cheap and they obviously don't care about the security of their guests.... Full Review

For a smallish mountain, it has a big mountain feel. If all terrain and lifts are open, you will have a great ski day. If the left side upper lifts are closed, the lines will be a problem. I skied with my three teens that are used to bigger mountains and they were impressed. Some really nice runs for advanced skiers, like Jericho. Downside is parking. They have a valet service that takes up the upper lots. It’s a long walk from the lower lots!. The lessons and programs for young kids are very good, according to some fellow lift riders. Oh, yes, the big lift is a six seat chair! Friendly resort.... Full Review

I've skied at Jiminy a lot over the past 20 years or so and they usually do a pretty good job. I went there this past week and considering the weather, the snow was okay. The food on the other hand - they have changed there menu, which I thought would be a nice change. I ordered a chicken parm (new menu item) and it was REALLY poor. It a couple chicken fingers, on a white bread roll, a little marina sauce and un-melted cheese. All this for only $14.00. If you go, bring your own food. ... Full Review

The resort is obviously NOT adhering to covid/mass laws regarding maximum guests. The lots are full and plates are from most of the surrounding states. Guess Baker has no respect from this resort. Putting their pockets above personell safety. Good luck... Full Review
