Brundage Mtn. is a medium size ski resort that packs a big punch in value & ski experience. I have been a season pass holder for 12 years & counting, so I may be somewhat biased here, but I simply LOVE this place! It offers great terrain on the "best snow in Idaho" with hardly any crowds (except the usual traditional weekends like President Day weekend) and a family friendly atmosphere. It's not the kind of place with all the "bells & whistles" (lodging on the mountain for example) so if you're after that kind of ski experience you may be disappointed. Brundage has had some of the deepest days I've ever skied. With 18,000 acres of open backcountry and sidecountry, you really can't beat Brundage Mtn for great skiing for under $65 a pass.... Full Review
I loved this place. All staff and other skiers on the mountain were extremely friendly. No resort condos, crowds, or snooty attitudes. Plenty of people eating sandwiches out of their cars at lunch like me. Enough intermediate terrain to keep me occupied for a full day. The bear chair serves a large area of all beginner runs- I will bring my kids here when they are old enough I was so impressed with that area. The outhouses strategically located at top/bottom of several lifts are a nice touch.... Full Review
