Love Copper Mountain. After skiing other areas, I continue to come back to Copper, this being my 15th year of going twice. The mountain is easy to navigate, divided very well with the different skill levels needed, you cannot get lost or end up on a wrong trail, if you do your homework. The condos are located in three general areas, each easily accessible to the lifts. Center Village is the location with the most restaurants, shops, grocery market, liquor store, etc. West Village has a lodge, but no other restaurants. Several fun places in East Village and the black runs. We rented our skis from Breeze, demo skis so we could change them out if conditions change at no cost. We take our boots. The people at Breeze took great care of us. After ski, we love Jacks! Lefty Lucy plays the music. A must visit. We make our arrangements very early and get package pricing. Great discounts. We stay in Mountain Plaza. Older but spacious condo, with a variety of bedding. Eagle lift is right outside, and several restaurants and shops. Housekeeping is vert attentive to your needs, just call and they will deliver items needed in your condo. mountain Plaza has wood burning fireplaces, wood provided. We always stay there. Great for families, ski school is awesome. Copper is its own village. Not a town. Major shopping is in Frisco, a few miles away. A quaint town in itself. Enjoy your trip.
