Disappointing day at Jay. This morning's report should 81/82 trails open, Tram, Bonnie open. But that wasn't the case. They closed the tram and Bonnie for wind. Causing massive lines on Jet. No new snow and long lines on a Wednesday. Not a great day for skiing here.

Face Chutes and Green Beret were powder today! Amazing early season conditions… powder up to knees in already tracked glades and soft underneath. If you stop, you can sink your pole up to the handle (3-4’ deep)!

The glades were full of fresh powder up to the knees and soft bottom. I thought I was out West minus the steepness.

Spectacular skiing today at Jay. I was skinning with very few other folks on the Tramside of the mtn due to the lifts on that side of the mtn being closed. There were long wait lines to shift to the other side of the mtn.

Only Jet is open, but the snow is amazing for November

Amazing snow for late March! Lots of fresh snow made for powder everywhere in the morning and by afternoon some scraped off spots but still great. Finally got to ride the tram too. Lift lines were quite long though for all the upper mountain lifts.
