We are staying at Jay Peak currently. August 21-25th at the Golf Club Cottages. First the good. Overall food, waterpark, trams and views were amazing. Now the WORST. $500 a night and it seems like a cheap motel, cigarette and beer cans left outside, bugs over the oven vent (lots of them hanging), old food on the walls, dusty everywhere, no air conditioner or central air, the king size bed is literally two twin beds that they put together. The worst part of the trip is the customer service. I informed them on day 1 of the housekeeping issues and the supervisor sent an email and they claimed to come back the next day at 3pm when I called AGAIN. They came back once we were back in the room and showed them the issues with the housekeeping. They did eventually clean it up but for $500 a night it's unacceptable. The supervisors were rude and not helpful. My thoughts.... stay for the day and go home. Not worth staying here. We'll come back for the waterpark but will never stay again.
