The ski area Steinplatte Waidring is located in the border triangle Tyrol, Salzburg, and Bavaria. The Steinplatte is a mountain range of the limestone Alps and reaches up to an altitude of 1869 m. The ski area can be accessed via a modern skyride and offers pistes for all levels of difficulty. The area is especially favoured by it’s exposition on a tableland and is known to be very sunny. For those who are more interested in snowboarding or free skiing there is a fun park available in Waidring.
