It's a ski mountain
Very poor representation, rude and unaccommodating

Full review

I am an avid snowboarder and have been for years. Typically I hike and ski but this year I decided to buy a season pass. Having been my first year buying a pass I had several questions and concerns. Each of the three times I contacted Mt. Bachelor I was greeted with unhappy customer service representative who repeatedly gave me the answer of (and I quote) " I really can't help you" or "I really have no idea". These were the responses given to me when I asked about simple perks such as Buddy Passes or general prices. It is shocking to me that Mt. Bachelor "really has no idea" about much of their general information. I very much felt like they did have an idea and are choosing to keep the information quiet in order to get the most money out of their customers. The several different people I talked to were very unaccommodating. Any other large brand name company I have ever spoken with has never treated me so poorly. I will be looking into refunding my ticket and giving my business elsewhere and I will not be purchasing a pass in the future. I will also be advising my friends and family to do the same.
