Good skiing. Lodge empties out between 2-4.... Full Review
Easy to access all facilities especially from one lift to another. Sometimes crowded but trails connect well so one can find less crowded area. Go outside when lodge is full & vice versa.... Full Review
What happened to stated skier count limits?... Full Review
I grew up skiing this mountain and it is the jam. I went night skiing every friday night and am full of fond memories. Also the baked potato, french fries and burgers are amazing. ... Full Review
Wachusett has changed in resent years. I am a beginner skier. Three years ago I visited with a friend who is a trained ski instruction. We had a wonderful day, the resort was run smoothly from parking to renting equipment.
This year we were not allowed to park although there were clearly spaces available, we had to park elsewhere. For the savings of $15 dollars we were denied a credit because we did not possess our ski passes from Shawnee Peak. The staff was rude from the time I got my boots till the time I left.

Went snowboarding on 12/30/2018. Was very little snow coverage. The mountain is mostly covered in ice and grass. Very little snow and there was none being made. ... Full Review
This was my first time skiing for the 2018-19 season. Conditions were great and there were no crowds due to the Patriots playing. The mountain was almost completely open and the $46 lift ticket was a good deal. Wachusetts is what it is. It's not the biggest mountain, but it was great for getting some runs in if live in central Mass and you don't want to drive two hours to get up to Vt or NH.... Full Review
Surprisingly great conditions considering the weather lately. The staff did a wonderful job keeping the trails in skiable shape. All packed snow. I didn't see any ice at all and the live entertainment and atmosphere at the restaurant was a lot of fun! ... Full Review
I signed my 2 daughters up for group ski lessons, but one got hurt two weeks before the lesson date. To get a refund, I had to provide a doctor's note. The "refund" was a card for credit at Wachusett. I could only get credit for one lesson, since the other kid was not hurt. Bad enough that a kid gets hurt and cant go do fun things, but then you cant get the sibling out of the activity too? Not very family friendly. When I tried to use the card, it was no good! Spent 2 hours on the phone getting bounced around between departments (apparently they don't have computers that talk to each other). Finally they found out they never put the credit on the card. they didn't care at all about my time or the issue, only asked "do you know who you talked to last year about this?" As if I would remember the name of the person who I spoke to a year ago. I don't think ill be bringing my business to a company that cares this little about paying customers.... Full Review
They grossly exaggerate their base depth so take what they say and divide by 2 or 3. It is a very very icy mountain. One of my docs said he sees more injuries from there than anywhere else. Once you get up a lift you only have a couple options to get down. The top of a lift is usually a parking lot. Hoping to get a solid open run in? Not gonna happen. Super crowded. The black diamonds can be insanely tough. Not cause they’re fast but because they usually are filled with hazards and ice. However, with all those cons, I did learn here years ago as the 2 greens are nice and long giving you time to fall a lot and keep trying. The only downside is the super cool people who tear down a green freaking newbs out.... Full Review
