Ski Butternut - Good enough snow quality. Interesting terrain for a small area. They are trying hard. - © anonymous
Ski Butternut - skied all trails on Wed/Thur. Good cover all around. No ice..Upper Applejack crusty in spots but lots of fun. Lucifer's Leap and Whiplash excellent. Packed Powder throughout. Small crowds. No major lift lines. Great skiing.

Ski Butternut - I got ran over by a tool going full speed down a green. I'm just a beginner and I have a fractured hand now. My reaction you ask?

Overrated and crowded on week end and icy tracks. My GF and I went to spend the day and get a class....

My family learned to ski here. It is a great family mountain, and people are very friendly. Season passes are least expensive...
