it is a pretty overcrowded resort on weekends/Fridays/holidays, pretty bad besides to beginners but is a good spot to go to if you are in the area and ONLY if you are in the area. Also the main terrain park is good but the one on lurle is never open
grew up on this Mt. and numerous upgrades advanced snow making ,,and grooming ,and overall the way the Mt has turned around since Jay the general mgr took over and brought the Mt to where it is today.conditions are always great and the grooming is always great.
i wish they would prioritize the terrian park more and add a bunch more features early on in the season but over all its a good mountain for little connecticut.

Went here for many years as a kid. Also traveled to Vermont ski areas and I feel Mt. Southington has just as much to offer. Great customer service and family friendly. Good overall value. Wonderful snow quality!
All over a good experience can't wait for operation to resume, snowmaking is top notch, well groomed,no to much waiting in lines lift lines move fast and can make multiple rides. Happy to have learned at Mount Southington
