Really fun day today. Been snowing the whole day and getting more and more powdery. Very small crowd probably because of football championship and cold weather. Some good pow in trees

I looked in my hand basket today and found Winter Park. Snowing but still bare in lots of places. Several closed lifts and terrain, as seen in this photo. Blues and blacks had rocks and trees. Left early.

Nice day of skiing at Winter Park. Thin snow and rocks in spots. Roundhouse on the Jane side had good snow. Switch yard was roped off but you can get to some decent skiing by taking a left and going through a few trees.

Winter Park has been getting some snow so it wasn’t too icy. It was icy in some places but not too often. Skied Christmas Day and it was horrible; today was a huge improvement. Bad conditions, got some snow previous night but wind was horrific and blowing it off. Skiing off Olympic lift on groomers is impossible. It is all ice you better of going higher. Many lifts closed and whatever they list open for trails is exaggerating because they include connecting trails. Wind wa...

Skied off of the Olympic and Prospector chairs on the WP side. Snow is very thin. Even many of the groomed runs have stalks exposed and bare spots. Pretty dire with no snow in the forecast. Don’t think I’ll be returning until they get more snow.
