The Dry Winter has really affected the whole mountain, no snow making anymore, hard and icy most of the runs, including the Back Bowls, only mid mountain more skiable but everyone is skiing the same areas…I can’t believe Vail will remain open until April

Snow was good mid vail and up. Vail is a little short on snow but it was pretty nice. I’ve seen it when it was way worse. We got 4” last night , that should help for a couple of days.

Today was great - no real ice patches today. Groomers did a great job. Warm but only noticed slush on last two runs in sunny west facing runs.
