Keystone was great today - not busy, good coverage & we found some fluffy stuff!

The snow wasn’t perfect, but the groomed trails were great for some fun runs. However, off the groomed paths, the snow and moguls were very hard, and there was still a lot of rocks and roots in spots. It was surprising how many trails were open compared to other parks. Really low snow year, but groomers are great still and able to find material in the trees as always at keystone. Had to dig out 10x over a week riding there from deep snow.

It was a little better than last week. Still icy in spots. The Bergman bowl was open but I would not recommend it. There is very little snow there.

Skied 1/24. Overnight snow made for a very nice day on the mountain. Short lines. Wish a few more trails were open.

Had a great time at Keystone today. Definitely still some ice patches that became more prevalent later in the day, but there was enough powder to be able to dig into and have fun. Brutal… Ice absolutely everywhere. Wind was simply brutal, leading to Gondola closure, leading to long lines from the base. It’s just a bad year.

Snow in tree's is wonderful (be careful it's thin in places and rocks) but fun and even untouched. Deep even in places. All in all I had a great time!! Poor Basen there really working hard but just can't hang with the technology keystone has.
