Overall ok for the bucks and may be good place for snow tubing but stay away if you want to Ski or Snowboard. They have only 2 lifts and if one lift operations is disrupted, the staff won't let you know and won't refund the money. I was also disappointed on staff knowledge and experience about the ski resort. Most of the staff didn't know about the condition of the ski areas. The staff at the top of the Crystal Bowl chair didn't know the easiest way down the slope. The lift operator staff was pretty amateur and was unaware of safety operations. Parking was also poorly managed and the traffic was stuck for 30 minutes at the intersection. The crowd was also uncontrolled mostly because of snow tubing place. The 2 star rating is for the value for money.
