Firsthand Reports

Colder temps around -10 and light snowfalls in the last 24hrs have seen a dramatic improvement in ski conditions. Approximately 2cm of natural snow has fallen plus colder temps have allowed the snowmakers to run solid for 36hrs. Conditions are very good with good hard packed base with light dry powder surface. Ventured to Mechi Chal and main piste is fully covered top to bottom and in good condition. There is still insufficient natural snow to venture off piste. Weekend crowds were not a problem maximum 5 min wait for chairlifts.
