I was already on the fence about Timberline, but my recent interaction with customer service was fairly poor. I find the mountain pretty flat, with not enough service to more advanced skiers. The terrain park is pretty good, but that's about all the mountain is worth to me. If skibowl has snow, I am ALWAYS going there instead - cheaper for more fun skiing. Blues are nothing to talk about when Mt. Bachelor is around. Would also rather walk up the mountain and ski down. Shit response was just the straw that broke the camel's back. It's too bad - fusion pass is good value but I don't want to support Timberline in any way. Just not for me.... Full Review

Home hill. If you're looking to get some steep and deep, this ain't the place. If you're looking for a good time this is absolutely it. Killer staff, decent terrain for most skill levels and all around good vibes. Hope it starts dumping ... Full Review

The 2019 ski season is mostly a bust. 33 inches at Timberline seems like a vivid imagination. There is not enough snow to slip on. Don't buy season passes a blithering waste of money. Most runs at Timberline shouldn't be open due to a lack of snow... Full Review

I love this resort. Great park without any snobby attitudes or judgey jerks. Little to no lift lines, and overall super fun. It is flatter than meadows but I'll take it over the crowds. Great access to fun powder stashes out of bounds, and the taco shack in the woods is the best! ... Full Review

Timberline is much more than just a nice place to spend the day on the slopes, the whole locale is a truly one of a kind experience. The skiing in and of itself is quite good, in that the altitude on Hood and the fantastic grooming that Timberline performs offers some of the best conditions on the mountain. On the flip side, this is not the place for someone looking for off piste (unless you hit The Glade), backcountry, or cliffs to jump from. My 25 year old self would have probably found this place a bit tame, but my now 43 year perspective really enjoys the long cruisers that are enjoyably clear of large crowds most of the time. This combined with the only true Apres Ski of the major resorts here in Oregon make Timberline one of a kind. The lodge, particularly after the day crowds have left, is like a step back in time. Here the old ways still live on, and you can really let your hair down and just enjoy yourself as if you were invited into a friends gigantic mountain cabin. It is in the pricey side, rooms/eats/ etc.and I am not always enamored with what I get for my money in the restaurants, but everything else is so great that this seems like a small inconsistency that is easy to overlook. ... Had an awesome day today at Timberline. I was boarding and my buddy skied. The snow was topped with ice in the morning but became slush later on. Most of the riders seemed pretty darn good! I haven’t normally admmired the other riders as much as I did at Timberline. I got a great discount with my military ID and I was so very appreciative of that discount. The runs are long!! My legs were burning by the end.... Full Review
