If they closed or replaced the PR personnel, I would consider that a pro.
Poor guest services. Don't care about the Patron just the money in their pocket.

So...visited thunderidge and ...whoa boy! Conditions were good, the staff, aweful. If you have a problem as a result of the negligence of the organization, you will get a song and dance and promises galour to disuay you from making an argument for yourself. Beware of the little, more mature, chronologically, shall I say, lady that is behind the desk in the corner office, she has the answers to all your problems even though they are misleading and lies. Go there at your own risk. My complaint with them was minor, something that could have been resolved easily, but instead they opted to lie and mislead. Good luck if something serious happens to you there, I'm sure they'll deny it's even a ski resort at that point. STAY AWAY if you want a good patron experience, because thunderidge surely doesn't care much for the people that invest in their establishment. Again, I can't plead enough to beware of the mature lady with all the answers, they won't be factual solutions/answers. Sad because aside from this major issue with the guest services there, they would have potential. But as small as the place is, good PR is paramount to keep good business relations, something they obviously lack AND certainly don't care about. Attend the place at your own Risk!!!!! And certainly do not complain and say you weren't warned if you do go.
