Merry Christmas snow day on the mountain! The continuous snow helped runs from getting tracked out. A little wind & low visibility up top. The snow started to get heavier by 2pm. Xmas Day will make another great day on the mountain.

Great day. Not crazy busy, visibility was an issue for part of the day, snow was mostly skiid out by about 2pm. More snow on the way!

View of Monarch from Lookout. Great fresh pow today, cut into fresh lines on Standish & Lookout. Not terribly crowded either. Light snow dust started around noon.

Conditions were great, these must be the best December conditions in a fair while at Sunshine. Basically it is similar to February conditions. I was there last week as well and it snowed 70 cm from last week. Mid shin deep powder today.

Ski day was Dec 17: High winds kept some lifts down for the day but there’s a ton of snow off the Strawberry/Standish/Wawa chairs.

Beautiful May 1st bluebird. Not bad coverage, but pretty slushy by end of day. The ski out is completely bare at the bottom, so I’m pretty sure that was closed. Most of goat’s eyes runs by end of day had some bald spots (probably because it’s facing south). There was more coverage elsewhere. There’s...
