The Easter Bunny will be hopping over to the slopes of Arapahoe Basin on Easter morning. The annual Beach 'n Egg Hunt is for kids on skis and kids who aren’t on skis. Those who are on boards will head to Wrangler to search for eggs. It’s a beginner slope so it will be easy. Kids who don’t want to ski can look for eggs at the base area.
Each location will have a Golden Egg that holds a season pass for the 2014/15 season. One is for a five and under child and the other is for a child aged six to 14. The Beach ‘N Egg Hunt is free. Non-skiing egg hunters meet at 10 a.m. at the Molly Hogan run. Those who are skiing meet at 11 a.m. on Wrangler near the North Fork entrance.
What's more, the Shakin' at the Basin May Concert Series is on Saturdays for the entire month of May. A-Basin has also announced season pass prices for next season. An adult pass is $279, youth (ages 15-18) is $199, and kids (ages 6-14) is $139. A Spring 2014 Pass is also on sale at an even lower price for those who want to get time on the snow for the rest of the season. There are no blackout dates with any of the passes.
