we arrived to find 5in new snow and it just kept coming, all day and throughout the week. We had a lilttle visibility challange on dreamcatcher lift so we skiied sacawajea, and blackfoot, and the snow was just perfect. Took a powder lesson from "Tuffy" who was the greatest! We learned what we didnt know we needed to learn and after that the skiing was even more fun. We could even ski the blacks off of crazy horse, what a hoot! This was our third trip here and we are planning to come back next year for a longer stay. We did take one day off (learned later it was a whiteout on top) but didnt want to stay off the slopes for longer than that. Awesome trip! Beer and food was pretty good at the Trap and Snorkels cant be beat for breakfast. The Branding Iron has improved, especially for lunch. Good Vietnamese in Driggs, and steaks at Warbirds. Very friendly staff especially at the rental and storage facility.
